Refund Policy

Rescue Kit ($29 one-time)

14-day refund window: if the Rescue Kit does not work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full $29 — no interrogation, no “you downloaded a letter so no” fine print. Use the support email below with the email address on your account.

After 14 days, refunds are considered case by case for genuine technical failures (e.g., the report could not be generated for your loan mix and we could not fix it).

Guardian ($9/month subscription)

Cancel any time from the billing portal or by email; cancellation stops all future charges immediately and your Guardian features remain active through the end of the paid period. A already-billed month is refundable within 14 days of that charge if you have not materially used Guardian-only features (reminders, regeneration) during it — but we would rather you simply cancel; ask and we will be reasonable.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Entitlements unlocked by a refunded purchase are revoked.

What we don't refund

Outcomes: the Service is an informational tool and makes no promises about your loan outcome, so dissatisfaction with a servicer's decision, a program's terms, or the state of federal policy is not a refund basis beyond the windows above. Abuse (chargeback fraud, reselling output) voids refund eligibility.
